Director of Sales and Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Senior Operations Director, the Director of Sales and Marketing oversees the planning, managing, execution and maximization of project sales and leasing activities, and coordination of all marketing plans.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
You have a deep love of Real Estate, architecture and design
You have a passion for sales
You have superior verbal, written and presentation skills in French and in English
You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or in a related field
You have 3 years experience in sales through a marketing role, preferably in Real Estate, hospitality or Senior living
You have at least one year of supervisory experience
You are proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), content management and email platforms (Wordpress, MailChimp, etc.)
You embrace team spirit
You are a self motivated, strategic thinker and problem solver who enjoys multi-tasking and brings a “no job is too big or too small” attitude to the table
You have great customer service skills – A smile, positive attitude and understanding
You wake up with a great attitude that carries out throughout the day
Position’s responsibilities include:
Developing marketing and communications plans to create visibility, build a solid reputation and maximize the influx of qualified leads to maintain complete occupancy for each project.
Defining product and marketing positioning: unit mix, target market, quality level, inclusions innovations, occupancy goals and pricing levels.
Analyzing the current market trends, buying/leasing habits and demographics to determine the marketing and sales initiatives for lead generation.
Leading weekly sales and marketing meetings for each community and holding leasing agents and property managers accountable to goals.
Ensuring consistency, positioning, customer relationship and branding of Trantor and its projects.
Coordinating website maintenance.
Updating digital advertising campaigns, Google applications and social media.
Managing, measuring, and reporting metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Working with external vendors and agencies for project management.
Managing the sales and marketing budgets.
